We are currently accepting applications from potential sponsor organizations who would like to support this event and connect with our conference audience through an online "sponsor booth." This virtual space will offer a place to display your logo, URL, a written description, contact info, 1-2 documents/brochures, and a promotional video. You also have the option of hosting a "live showcase" through Zoom during the conference weekend so that you can connect with attendees, answer questions, and share info about your organization or programs. The online conference platform will stay active for at least 3 months following the online event, and attendees will be able to access video replays and your virtual booth during this entire time.

 

Sponsorship Pricing:

$150 - Includes sponsor booth with all of the features described above and 1 conference ticket

$300 - Includes sponsor booth, additional logo visibility on the conference platform, and 2 conference tickets

 

We also ask that sponsors share an announcement of the conference to their mailing list and two announcements to their social media platforms, one in March and one in April.
